The inspectors will be listening to what you have to say at 6.30pm on Tuesday 2 September at White City Community Centre, India Way, London, W12 7QT.
Anyone who has an interest in what happens to our healthcare services won’t want to miss this meeting. The Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is being assessed under a new national hospitals inspection regime. So here’s your chance to tell the inspectorate exactly what you think of the Trust’s plans which have come under such scrutiny over the last two years. Can they deliver these without putting lives at risk? What do you think?
The inspections are designed to provide us with a clear picture of the quality of the services in our local hospital. They will be talking to doctors and nurses, hospital managers and patients in the hospital.
But it is also vital they hear the views of people who have experienced the care provided by Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust over the course of the last year or so. All this will help the inspectorate focus on the things that really matter to people who depend on the service. If you’re unable to attend the meeting, have your say on the Quality Care Commission website here: http://www.cqc.org.uk/share-your-experience-finder
