The Brackenbury Residents Association wishes all its members a very happy festive season and thank all of you who attended our annual lighting of the tree on a pleasantly warm evening( for the time of the year) outside the Coffee Warehouse on the 8th of December this year.
The Deputy Mayor Daryl Browne lit the tree in the presence of 70 spectators including MP Andy Slaughter and local councillors Steve Cowan(also leader of the Council) and Helen Rowbottam.
Christmas songs were beautifully performed by the Godolphin and Latymer School Choir led by Chris Langworthy
Horton and Garton organised a Raffle on behalf of BRA with some excellent prizes and Mince Pies and Mulled wine were provided by the Coffee Warehouse.
Our thanks go to all the Companies who contributed Raffle prizes and particularly to “Shoots and Leaves”who donated the Tree.
We hope you enjoy some of the photos posted here from the event.
Don’t forget you can send us your photos of our Village life to media@brackenburyresidents.co.uk
