Toe to Toe, Spring (chicken?) is in the air, Wallflowers and Dapper Flappers Welcome
The Grove Neighbourhood Centre in Bradmore Park Road Hammersmith will be hosting their 2015 Spring Tea Dance with live music by the “Denis Smith Trio” on the 28th May from 2:00pm until 4:30pm in the lower hall. They had a fantastic turnout in August 2014 and for any who received or can get hold of “Hammersmith Locals” magazine you will find an article about last year’s event written by centre wordsmith Bradley Cahoon. The tickets are £10 and available from the office at the centre; you can call 020 8741 3321 and reserve a ticket to be paid for on collection before the event. So, budding Fred Astaires with shoes polished and go getting Ginger Rogers stunning in sequins should mark this date in their diaries. Tickets are limited.
