Access to Work Scheme petition

In April 2018 the Government is planning to impose an arbitrary cap on the amount of support disabled people can claim from the Access to Work Scheme. This will make it much harder for many disabled people to find and keep a job. Victoria Brignell, a DPC Commissioner, who will be personally affected by the cap, is mounting a campaign to try to persuade the Government to put the needs of disabled people first and abandon this draconian policy. She has set up a Parliamentary petition to put pressure on the Government. Please sign this petition and circulate it amongst your contacts too. 10,000 signatures will force a Government response. 100,000 signatures could trigger a debate in Parliament.
